For most of us, life is not a linear journey but rather one shaped by ups and downs, with unexpected turns along the way. Sometimes these periods of change are welcome and positive, such as becoming a parent, getting married or starting a new job. At other times, however, unwelcome obstacles can throw us off track. It may be a redundancy, dealing with loss or struggling to recognise ourselves, as we move into our middle years and beyond.
As a woman in midlife, I have faced the challenges of balancing a career with home and family life, whilst simultaneously navigating midlife changes that left me feeling bewildered, anxious and overwhelmed.
But midlife can also be a period of rediscovery and, as our commitments change, new opportunities for personal growth arise.
Through my own experience, I discovered six pillars of wellbeing which helped transform my life from a place of surviving to thriving, and I am healthier and happier than ever.
My personal transformation inspired me to train as a Positive Psychology Coach and now I love to work with other women to help them rediscover their true selves and optimise their potential.
As a Positive Psychology Coach, I provide women with a safe and non-judgmental space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and aspirations, helping them make meaningful, lasting changes to their lives and work towards their desired outcomes.
My goal is to empower women to thrive, and enable the creation of lives which they love, by regaining confidence and a sense of balance.
